Five-Year Limited Warranty

For five (5) years from the original date of purchase, Mega Motion will repair or replace, at its option, any structural frame component found to be defective in material or workmanship.

• Main Frame

One-Year Limited Warranty

For one (1) year from the original date of purchase, Mega Motion will repair or replace, at its option, the following components found to be defective in material or workmanship:

• Electrical Control or Lever System
• Motor / Drive System
• Bearing and Shaft Sleeve
• Battery

Note: Warranty claims involving electronic assemblies may be denied if damage results from the use of parts or accessories that are not Mega Motion original parts or were not purchased through an authorized Mega Motion provider.

Note: Gradual battery performance decline caused by improper charging, improper storage, prolonged discharge, cold storage conditions, or heavy use is not covered under warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

The limited warranty does not cover items that may require replacement due to normal wear and tear, including:

• ABS Plastic Cover Shell and Rubber Pads
• Tires
• Interior Decoration and Cushions

The warranty also excludes damage or failure caused by:

• Use of non-Mega Motion parts or accessories
• Contamination
• Abuse, misuse, negligence, drops, severe impact, or crushing
• Battery fluid spillage or leakage
• Use outside normal design specifications
• Improper operation, maintenance, or storage
• Failure to follow recommended charging and battery storage procedures
• Commercial or abnormal use
• Acts of God or natural disasters

Note: Gradual battery deterioration resulting from prolonged discharge, cold storage conditions, or heavy use is considered normal wear and is not covered under warranty.

Warranty Service

Warranty service must be performed by an authorized Mega Motion provider. Do not return defective parts without prior written authorization.

Transportation costs, shipping charges, and any damage incurred during shipment for warranty repair or replacement are the responsibility of the purchaser.
